Venchi, based in Milan, is seeking a data-driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team at the HQ. You will execute and optimize CRM campaigns across Venchi's owned channels, driving retention, engagement and revenue growth in collaboration with local markets and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in CRM/Email Marketing with a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and CRM reporting. A passion for chocolate and gelato helps.

Your Mission:

We are looking for a customer-centric and data-driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team at our HQ in Milan! Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across Venchi's owned media channels, helping strengthen customer relationships and drive retention, engagement and revenue growth. Working closely with local markets and cross-functional teams, you will deliver impactful omnichannel customer experiences, leverage customer insights to improve performance and contribute to the evolution of Venchi's CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CRM campaigns across owned media channels, with a primary focus on email marketing, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality delivery.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign targeting and content deployment, delivering relevant and engaging communications aligned with customer needs and brand objectives.
• Partner with local markets and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and marketing calendars.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and key customer engagement metrics, transforming data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support the development and enhancement of automated customer journeys, lifecycle programs and personalization initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing or Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies and CRM best practices.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms; familiarity with customer data management and campaign reporting is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive optimization and continuous improvement
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Customer-centric approach combined with commercial awareness and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
