Venchi, the Italian chocolate house, seeks a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Team at the Milan HQ. You will transform data into insights to drive smarter decisions, customer experiences and sustainable eCommerce growth across the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition, conversion and retention using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, eCommerce Performance, CRO, Business Analytics or similar roles.
• Experience with GA4 and digital analytics platforms; knowledge of Contentsquare, Google Merchant Center and A/B testing tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce economics and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong forecasting capabilities and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics; knowledge of Shopify, SQL or Python is advantageous.
• Excellent communication in an international, cross-functional environment.

Mansioni

• Own digital performance analysis and reporting across B2C and B2B channels in the EMEA region.
• Monitor and optimize key eCommerce and B2B KPIs along the customer journey.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Digital Product teams to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Lead web analytics and customer journey analysis with GA4 and Contentsquare.
• Identify conversion barriers and revenue leakage; define A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
• Generate merchandising insights from customer behavior and product performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning with performance scenarios.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
