ABB in Italy is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the production, installation, maintenance, and repair of electric motors and generators. The role focuses on mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment in a production environment based in Vittuone (Milan).

You will work onsite within the Motion Service division, collaborate with a cross-functional team, handle materials and safety guidelines, and occasionally travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of electric motors, bearings and mechanical principles.
• Experience with mechanical measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, comparators).
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes and insulation principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks in production according to ABB processes.
• Troubleshoot and report issues during assembly or testing.
• Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Occasionally visit customer sites for service tasks.
