ABB Italy seeks a Continuous Improvement specialist to support the CI strategy at the Italian EL Regional Distribution Center (ITRDC). You will mentor teams, drive projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost performance.

You will apply PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and 5 Why/Ishikawa, lead trainings, and ensure alignment with the global CI strategy while communicating in Italian and English within ABB in Lombardy.

Formación

• Experience applying PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and 5 Why/Ishikawa in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• 4+ years in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence roles.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Fluent in Italian and English communication.
