Kuehne+Nagel, part of the Contract Logistics team in Lombardy, is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager responsible for operational distribution and transport processes for Healthcare. You will coordinate planning, execution, administration, and carrier management, initially focusing on Siziano before expanding to other pharma clients.

You will lead a small team (2 people initially), drive process enhancements, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years in distribution/transport/logistics roles.
• Experience in leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of transport, distribution, and carrier management processes.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office and major logistics management systems.

Mansioni

• Ensure proper distribution and transport activities for the assigned clients.
• Coordinate transport planning, execution and administration.
• Monitor operational performance via KPIs and service levels.
• Manage and develop relationships with carriers and transport providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards, especially in pharma.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Care and Quality to ensure efficient and integrated service.
• Lead and develop the assigned team, initially 2 people.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in distribution processes.

Per il nostro sito di Siziano siamo alla ricerca di una persona che assuma il ruolo di Distribution Operations Manager, con responsabilità sulla gestione operativa dei processi di distribuzione e trasporto per il business Healthcare. La figura sarà inizialmente focalizzata inizialmente su un cliente per poi estendere progressivamente il proprio perimetro a tutti i clienti farmaceutici serviti dal sito di Siziano. La persona selezionata coordinerà le attività di pianificazione trasporti, esecuzione delle spedizioni, amministrazione distributiva e gestione dei vettori.

• Garantire il corretto funzionamento delle attività di distribuzione e trasporto per i clienti assegnati
• Coordinare i processi di pianificazione, esecuzione e amministrazione dei trasporti
• Monitorare le performance operative attraverso KPI e livelli di servizio concordati
• Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i vettori e i fornitori di trasporto
• Assicurare il rispetto delle normative applicabili e degli standard aziendali, con particolare attenzione al settore farmaceutico
• Collaborare con le funzioni Operations, Customer Care e Quality per garantire un servizio efficiente e integrato
• Guidare e sviluppare il team assegnato, inizialmente composto da 2 persone
• Identificare e implementare opportunità di miglioramento continuo dei processi distributivi

Requisiti

• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito della distribuzione/trasporti/logistica.
• Esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di team operativi.
• Conoscenza dei processi di trasporto, distribuzione e carrier management.
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nel settore Healthcare.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office e dei principali sistemi gestionali logistici.
