The role demands end-to-end contract paperwork management, accuracy in document handling, and weekly in-office presence in the Milan area to ensure timely execution of contracts and amendments. The candidate should have 3 years in administration, contract management experience, and fluency in Italian and English.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Working knowledge of the clinical development process.
• Contract management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and amendments for administrative finalization (headers/footers/file name consistency).
• Print, assemble, track contracts and amendments; mass mail as needed.
• Manage site mailings and correspondence to sites.
• Secure signatures via departmental processes.
• Update tracking databases with contract information and run reports to identify outstanding items.
• Organize, store, archive, and retrieve contract-related documents; maintain electronic repository.
• Assist in data gathering and analysis; identify process improvements.
