Demont S.r.l. is seeking a Construction Manager in Liguria, Savona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing teams and resources, ensuring compliance with timeframes and quality standards.

The position requires experience in EPC projects and mechanical installations, alongside leadership and problem-solving skills. Travel within Italy and Europe is expected, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel is necessary.

Competenze

• 2 years or more of experience in the role, developed in EPC projects or mechanical installation of new industrial plants.
• Ability to use a PC and the programs necessary to perform the role.

• Coordinates the work done by contractors and internal work teams.
• Organizes the transportation and delivery of materials.
• Verifies that the construction team follows appropriate procedures.

What We Are Looking For

The resource will be responsible for organizing people and resources to carry out the work in compliance with timeframes, quality of the work and expected costs.

The resource will have to technically evaluate the feasibility of the installations, with the aim of optimizing time and costs, while maintaining compliance with the standards regarding the quality of the work and the health and safety of the personnel.

The resource will operate mainly at the construction site, where the work is being carried out, and at the headquarters during the program preparation and implementation method study phases.

Planned Activities

The resource is responsible of the following activities:

• coordinates the work done by contractors and internal work teams
• organizes the transportation and delivery of materials
• verifies that the construction team follows appropriate procedures
• supervises the quality of the work performed
• verifies compliance with the work schedule, evaluates and analyses any deviations, proposes recovery actions and verifies that they are carried out
• updates and keeps the manager informed on the progress of the work

Required Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or University Degree
• Ability to use a PC and the programs necessary to perform the role (Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)
• Availability for long‑term business travel, in Italy and Europe
• 2 years or more of experience in the role, developed in EPC projects or mechanical installation of new industrial plants
• Leadership, Teamworking, Proactivity, Problem solving abilities
