Job summary

Hosco.com and its Italian hotel group invite you to join a guest-focused team operating three hotels: Savhotel Bologna Fiera, Savhotel Aemilia Bologna, and Savhotel Mantegna Padova. The role centers on delivering excellence in service, training, and guest care within a dynamic hospitality environment.

As a dining room and service associate, you will set up dining spaces, guide breakfast, events, and à la carte dining, present menus, advise guests on dishes and ingredients, and handle allergen

Responsibilities

• Adopt a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude to ensure guests' satisfaction.
• Set up the dining room and buffets for different types of service according to company standards (breakfast, events, and à la carte service).
• Perform various types of service following our standards, including breakfast, room service, served banquets, buffet banquets, coffee breaks and standing events.
• Present the menu, advise guests, provide recommendations and answer questions related to dishes and ingredients.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding allergens and cooking methods.
• Take orders and correctly register them using our PMS system.
• Prepare Italian specialty coffees according to our standards.
• Maintain positive interaction and collaboration with the entire team.
• Handle small guest complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
• Support the responsible staff in managing storage and supplies.
• Learn the basics of cocktail preparation and wine pairing with food.
