Job summary

Hosco.com is hiring to oversee and optimize room service operations within the hotel. You will manage the room service team, schedule shifts, and assign duties while ensuring adherence to the hotel’s standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory, and monitor guest feedback to resolve issues professionally. Knowledge of Micros is a plus, and a strong focus on cost controls and safety is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in room service operations or hotel guest services.
• Familiarity with Micros and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room service operations and staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties.
• Train staff to provide excellent guest service and uphold hotel standards.
• Develop and implement room service menus and ensure timely order delivery to guest rooms.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to align meal preparation with delivery times and quality.
