English fluency, a 5-star mindset, and a HACCP certification are essential as you help create memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the same role.
• Excellent command of English and guest‑oriented service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Rang in welcoming guests on arrival.
• Set up and organize the restaurant according to instructions.
• Monitor cleanliness and attention to detail throughout service.
• Support the Chef de Rang to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for service.
• Maintain orderly tables and common areas during service.
• Deliver high‑quality service while upholding Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux standards.
• Contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests.
