Generator Rome is looking for an exceptional Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team in Rome. You will be motivated, organised, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced, social environment.

Competenze

• Experience in the food industry in a similar role.
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and service.
• Understanding of stock-control and cost awareness.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and promote guest-centric attitude.
• Carry out mis-en-place for relevant menus and maintain cleanliness.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and safety issues to your manager.
• Support Head Chef with duties as required.
