Job summary

Schneider Electric in Italy seeks a Commercial Business Transformation Manager to design and drive evolution of commercial processes, governance models and digital requirements for the cooling division.

You will partner with Sales, Tendering, Product Management, Marketing and Operations to define future-state processes, playbooks and execution frameworks, ensuring scalable, standardized ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, economics or related field.
• MBA or PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in commercial excellence, transformation or program management.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve commercial processes across the customer journey.
• Define future-state operating models for scalability and regional growth.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs and governance structures.
• Own business requirements and functional specifications for digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation programs and monitor progress.
