Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Commercial Business Transformation Manager to design, drive and govern the future-state commercial processes for the Cooling business. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop playbooks, and align digital tools with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include process harmonization, governance establishment, and delivering business requirements for transformation programs across international operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related discipline.
- MBA or Project Management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the customer journey.
- Define future-state operating models to support business scalability.
- Develop and maintain commercial playbooks and governance frameworks.
- Define business requirements and user stories for digital transformation.
- Coordinate transformation roadmaps, milestones and implementation plans.
- Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
