Job summary

Schneider Electric in Italy is seeking an IT Business Partner to own local legacy applications and act as the site point of contact for Group IT services and projects. You will define, manage, and continuously improve processes, providing IT leadership with focus on operations and service delivery as a business partner.

You will promote a Schneider Digital culture to standardize and simplify IT across groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support and operations environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote IT as a true business partner and align IT with business goals.
• Build stakeholder relationships to understand support needs.
• Ensure efficient use of local IT resources and vendors.
• Deliver service excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate incidents and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and communicate outages to the business.
• Support adoption of Schneider Digital services and participate in transformation programs.
• Ensure Change Management and business continuity planning compliance.
