Schneider Electric Italy is seeking a Marketing & Communications Business Leader within the Country Marketing division to translate commercial strategies into local MarCom execution, leading a team of marketing and communication experts.

You will plan and execute programs, assess ROI, localize assets, and collaborate across functions to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and pipeline growth. This is a permanent, on-site role in Stezzano, Lombardy.

Competenze

• Master degree in economy, business, management or equivalent.
• Fluent English.
• 5 years relevant experience in increasing product/brand awareness and implementing promotional programs.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute MarCom programs and communications activities in line with country Brand and organic growth objectives, leveraging Global Marketing tools and processes, including Marketing Automation.
