Job summary

Lely Italy is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist to drive the Feeding proposition across South-East Europe & Turkey. You coach Lely Centers, manage the sales funnel, train Reps, and shape marketing to create a seamless customer journey.

Based in Colturano (MI), travel across Italy is required with occasional HQ visits and collaboration with our international colleagues. You bring university education and preferably experience in agricultural/commercial roles, with fluent English and

• University studies completed.
• Commercial experience in agriculture/food products preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Sales funnel for Feeding proposition.
• Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in Feeding.
• Train Sales Reps on product knowledge, tools and sales skills.
• Live in the field and update team about market trends and opportunities.
• Shape and support Marketing activities for a unique customer journey.
