Job summary

Trane Italia is seeking a Cold Container Storage (CCS) Rental Sales Engineer to promote and sell storage rental solutions across Italy. You will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets as part of a global HVAC leader.

You will identify potential customers, conduct market research, and collaborate with engineering to tailor storage solutions. A proven sales background and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the container cold storage or refrigeration industry.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and container cold storage solutions is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivation and focus on targets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficient in using a CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prepare sales reports with forecasts and KPIs.
