Trane Italia is seeking a Rental Sales Engineer for the North West of Italy, based in Milan or Bologna, to drive customer development, sales and satisfaction by providing technical and commercial expertise on our rental products.

You will scout opportunities, acquire customers, foster growth, hit sales targets, and collaborate with teams while using our templates for offers and contracts, with travel over 50% and fluent Italian plus English at least B1.

Formación

• Technical education: Possessa Technical High School or University degree in engineering, HVAC preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC or Technical Services with proven selling skills and sales results.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of working time.
• Fluent Italian (native) and English at least B1.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer needs focus and sales targets.
• Excellent communication to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local HVAC or rental market is a plus.
• Technical knowledge: thermodynamics, refrigerant circuits, compressors, HVAC fundamentals; MS Office and Outlook proficiency.
