Trane Technologies in Veneto (and adjacent regions) seeks a Service Sales Engineer to develop long-term customer relationships with building owners and to provide total solutions for energy-efficient buildings. You will manage service products, identify opportunities, and drive customer growth across Veneto, Trentino‑Alto Adige and Friuli‑Venezia Giulia.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial sales experience, strong technical knowledge in HVAC, and fluency in Italian with English at least

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial sales experience (preferably HVAC)
• Market intelligence and understanding competition
• Proven selling skills with ability to deliver sales results
• Thermodynamic basics (refrigerant circuit, compressors)
• Advocates for Customers – cultivates strong, mutually-beneficial relationships and earns trust by delivering value

Responsibilities

• Customer & order acquisition for service products
• Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, elaborate proposals and coordinate processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support
• Perform according to company strategy in terms of channels, product mix and selling level
• Track and report opportunities in Trane’s customer database
• Prepare and review contract terms using standard templates
• Present proposals to customers and follow up with stakeholders
• Develop, evaluate and discuss solutions with customers
• Achieve sales and customer development quotas through service, acquisition and development
