eXalt is seeking a high-impact Director to lead our Milan expansion in Tech & Digital Services. You will own the market opening, build the local team, and shape the growth trajectory with strategic client engagements and partnerships.

You will manage a P&L, drive recruitment, and represent our offering with energy and decisiveness, delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across Italy.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling services on the industry side (consulting, IT services firm, specialized consulting firm).
• Love sales and recruitment.
• Experience managing sales teams and consultants specialized in tech and digital.
• Challenge is in your DNA — your achievements prove it!
