A leading hospitality company in Milan is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to develop business through direct sales solicitation and secure new accounts. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry. Strong communication skills in Italian and English are required. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales in the hospitality sector.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the hotel industry or similar industries, preferably with international brands.
• In possession of a driver’s license.
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Responsible for developing business through direct sales solicitation and securing new accounts.
• Maintains and develops the RFP’s together with Marriott Global Sales Offices.
• Plans and executes office visits and site inspections to generate new leads/business.

Conoscenze

Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English

Excellent speaking, listening and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team

Team player

Motivated and enthusiastic player

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality
