Waters Corporation is seeking a Clinical Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair LC-MS systems in regulated clinical laboratories. This field-based role offers variety and the chance to become a trusted technical partner to customers.

You will travel as needed, build relationships, and support customers by troubleshooting, calibrating and upgrading Waters instrumentation while ensuring compliance and quality. The job combines technical work with customer-facing duties.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry or related science is essential.
Experience with complex analytical instrumentation and troubleshooting.
Background in clinical or regulated lab environments is advantageous.
Willingness to travel, including overnight or international travel.

Mansioni

Install, calibrate, maintain and repair Waters LC-MS systems in regulated clinical labs.
Analyze performance data to identify root causes and determine corrective actions.
Collaborate with wider technical teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Document service actions accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
