Cartier is seeking a motivated intern to join the Client Engagement Team in Lombardy and Greece. You will analyse client profiles, build dashboards, and help maintain data quality across omnichannel channels, collaborating with boutiques and regional teams.

The role focuses on dashboarding, KPI monitoring, and data-driven insights to support client engagement. Fluency in English and Italian is expected, with experience in Looker and SQL considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (MBA or Engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solving; able to translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in supporting / implementing complex data management systems and data security.

Responsabilités

• Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects.
• Participate in setting client KPIs in an omnichannel landscape and monitor performance across channels.
• Review yearly documents and share syntheses locally.
• Suggest and build ad hoc analyses to improve client knowledge.
• Support CRM in monitoring clienteling performance; collaborate with High End to identify high potential clients.
• Ensure growth and quality of our database and monitor KPIs with Data Quality projects.
