Job summary

Richemont Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Client Engagement intern to support data profiling, dashboard development, and data quality across Italy and Greece. You will interact with boutiques, marketing, and regional teams to drive omnichannel insights.

The role emphasizes Looker-based reporting, KPI tracking, and training others on data topics while growing your analytics skills in a luxury context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate results into actions.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication in English and Italian.
• Familiarity with Looker and SQL concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client profiles and build monitoring dashboards with management input.
• Assist in setting client KPIs across channels and monitor performance.
• Review yearly documents and synthesize insights for local teams.
• Propose ad hoc analyses to improve client knowledge and CRM performance.
• Support CRM team in monitoring clienteling metrics and data quality.
• Collaborate with High End teams to identify high potential clients.
