Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in telecom or IT.
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications advantageous.
• Degree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.
• Design and optimise request-to-cash processes.
• Lead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Support solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
