Louis Vuitton in Rome is seeking a Client Advisor to be a brand ambassador and ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand, proactively reaching out to achieve both individual and team goals.

Welcome clients, support purchases of LV products, and develop long-term relationships using clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty.

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and familiarity with IT systems.

Profile

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail

• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
