Louis Vuitton Milano is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome clients, understand their needs and guide them through the brand experience in our boutique. You will be proactive in engaging clients and delivering the highest level of service that reflects the LV promise.

Join a collaborative team, develop product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and contribute to achieving both individual and boutique goals through exceptional clienteling and teamwork.

Competenze

• Strong clienteling skills and experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility and commercial mindset.
• Passion for Louis Vuitton brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in English (B2); other languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and IT systems

As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

Profil

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
