Job summary

RIMOWA in Milan seeks a Stockist to join our luxury store, positioned at La Rinascente, to ensure stock is organized and up to date while delivering the ultimate luxury experience.

You will support the store manager, manage dispatches, receive and label goods, and maintain the stock system, assisting customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury sector preferred; career changers welcome.
• You are organised, structured and a team player.
• You are fluent in Italian and English and appreciate high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store stock is organized, accessible and up to date.
• Support the store manager and team in efficient store organisation.
• Organise dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office when required.
• Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• Check and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Provide sales support when required.

Missions

Your Mission

• You will ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.
• You will support the store manager and the team in the efficient organisation of the store.
• If required, you will organise the dispatch of goods to customers and/or the head office.
• You will receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with the head office.
• You will also be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.
• You will provide sales support if required.
