Marni, part of the OTB Group, is seeking a Sales Associate for its boutique in Italy. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, manage stock, and ensure accurate cash handling.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while upholding brand guidelines and contributing to attractive displays and promotions. A friendly, reliable professional with luxury fashion experience is preferred.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion.
• Selling experience in RTW and accessories.
• Friendly, engaging personality and strong customer orientation.

Mansioni

• Greeting customers
• Involved in stock control and management
• Assisting customers to find products
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
• Dealing with customer refunds

PROFILE

• Greeting customers;

• Responsible dealing with customer complaints;
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brand;
• Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor;
• Receiving and storing the delivery of stock;
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion industry will be a plus;
• Selling experience in RTW and accessories;
• Having a friendly and engaging personality;
• Comfortable working with members of the public;
• Should have a confident manner and result-oriented;
• Must be helpful and polite with positive attitude and reliable behaviour;
• Able to work as part of a boutique’s team;
• Knowledge of inventory techniques;

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary (gross annual): € 25.500
• Commissions
