Marni is seeking a Global Retail Planner to join our Global Retail HQ team, reporting to the Global Retail Director. You will coordinate planning activities across four Regions, with direct operational responsibility for Europe, covering Retail, Outlet and E-commerce across all product categories.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers and translating analysis into practical recommendations.

We are looking for a Global Retail Planner to join our Global Retail HQ team, reporting to the Global Retail Director. Working within the strategy and investment guidelines set by the Director, you will coordinate planning activities across four Regions, with direct operational responsibility for Europe, covering Retail, Outlet and E-commerce across all product categories.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers and products, understands commercial priorities and turns analysis into practical recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage planning and forecasts: prepare and update sales, inventory and Open-to-Buy plans, consolidate regional inputs and highlight deviations against approved targets. Manage Europe’s planning activities throughout the seasonal cycle.
• Support seasonal buying: translate approved budgets into detailed buying and SKU plans with Buying and Merchandising, monitoring order commitments and investment mix throughout the buying campaign.
• Monitor in-season performance: analyse sales, sell-through, deliveries and stock coverage, identifying opportunities and risks and proposing reorders, replenishment and stock transfers with the relevant teams.
• Support markdown and Outlet planning: assess end-of-season stock, provide inputs for markdown decisions and calculate outlet purchasing requirements, taking account of residual inventory and Made-for-Outlet needs.
• Contribute to budgets and business reviews: prepare planning inputs, variance analyses and simulations, providing the Global Retail Director with clear recommendations to support decisions.
• Keep teams aligned: coordinate planning deadlines, assumptions and inputs across Regions, Buying, Merchandising, Finance and channel teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in retail or merchandise planning within fashion or luxury, with a solid understanding of Open-to-Buy, seasonal buying, forecasting and inventory management.
• You combine advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning systems with attention to detail, commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable managing multiple deadlines, working across teams and translating analysis into clear recommendations.
• Fluent English and strong communication and organisational skills complete your profile.
