Melia Hotels International in Milano is seeking a service-oriented hospitality professional for the Food & Beverage team. You will provide courteous service, ensure correct presentation of food and beverages, and strive to earn guests’ recognition and preference for hotel services.

Fluent Italian and knowledge of English are required. You should be friendly, outgoing and a true team player with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian required; English knowledge preferred.
• Ability to deliver courteous service according to standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in hotel F&B is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide knowledge of the menu and articulate it enthusiastically.
• Follow service steps per the manual and ensure guest comfort.
• Inform guests of specials and changes to the menu.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
