Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same role.
• Michelin sector experience will be considered a plus.
• Excellent spoken English and Italian; additional languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome guests with warmth and discretion, creating a sense of ease and belonging from the first interaction.
• Take full ownership of an assigned section, ensuring seamless, attentive and unhurried service throughout each meal period.
• Provide explanations of the menu and wines with confidence and sensitivity, guiding guests without intrusion.
• Work in close harmony with the kitchen, sommelier and service team for fluid communication and precise execution.
• Ensure all service equipment and table settings are impeccably clean and well maintained.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond thoughtfully to requests, ensuring experiences feel personal and considered.
• Foster strong team engagement, promoting collaboration, learning and shared standards of excellence.
• Uphold all health, safety and service procedures with care and consistency.

We are looking for an experienced and attentive Chef de Rang to become a key part of the team managing Saporium Firenze. You will be responsible for your section, overseeing it with professionalism, sensitivity, and timing, ensuring smooth, polished service. You will guide guests through a refined and authentic dining experience, in harmony with the identity of our estate and the philosophy of the restaurant.

• Foster strong team engagement, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and shared standards of excellence.
• Uphold all health, safety and service procedures with care and consistency.

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years experience within the same role, Michelin sector will be considered a plus.
• Excellent spoken English and Italian; additional languages are warmly welcomed.
• Passionate about food, wine and the art of hospitality, with a desire to create meaningful guest experiences.
• Detail-oriented and outgoing personality, with a strong sense of timing and presence.
