Fontanelle Estate, a Bolfo Family luxury brand comprising Hotel Le Fontanelle, Vallepicciola winery, and The Club House, seeks a motivated Junior Sous Chef for our Hotel Le Fontanelle kitchen.

In this role you will oversee the kitchen brigade under the Sous Chef, monitor daily batches, maintain high quality, and uphold our rigorous service standards in a serene Tuscan setting. You will train staff and ensure hygiene while contributing ideas to menus.

Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Hotel Le Fontanelle*****. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the kitchen brigade under the supervision of the Sous Chef, will have daily control of batches, and will be required to maintain the high quality and management standards required.

Main responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Supervision and training of staff, ensuring high standards of service.
• Manage the various sections and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
