Hotel Le Fontanelle S.p.A. in Tuscany seeks a motivated Chef de Rang to join our Food & Beverage team at La Colonna Restaurant.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience and strong communication skills to interact with a high-profile international clientele, working autonomously under the Maître. You will deliver impeccable service, coordinate your section, welcome guests, and collaborate with kitchen to ensure excellence.

Competenze

• Previous experience in the role.
• In-depth knowledge of service techniques and F&B products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
• Precision, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle.

Position

We are looking for a motivatedChef de Rang to join our Food & Beverage Team at"La Colonna" Restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury hospitality and possesses strong communication skills, enabling interaction with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate must demonstrate empathy and the ability to manage guests’ high expectations, working autonomously within their assigned section and under the supervision of the Maître, contributing to the delivery of impeccable service and standards of excellence.
