Hotel Le Fontanelle S.p.A. in Tuscany invites a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our luxury kitchen team atop a Tuscan hill in Castelnuovo Berardenga.

You will manage the kitchen brigade under the Sous Chef, oversee daily stations, ensure top quality and guest satisfaction, and train staff while maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards. Accommodation is available for non-resident employees, and the role offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Position

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Hotel Le Fontanelle*****. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the kitchen brigade under the supervision of the Sous Chef, daily control of the kitchen stations, and must maintain the high quality and management standards required.
