Through hands‑on experience, the intern will develop a solid understanding of operational workflows and gain valuable technical and analytical skills within the financial and banking environment.

Responsibilities

Mission: The intern will support the operations team in the management and monitoring of activities related to securities custody, playing an active role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative and control processes. Tasks and responsibilities

• Headings vault: Management of physical certificates printing and canceling, sending and receiving to counterparties, accounting in the procedures used by the bank for the management of the securities deposit
• Internal base date update: coupon and related dividends
• Central securities with and relations with foreign sub - depositories
• Statistical data management
• Records and Event Management in the Recordkeeping tool
• Verifies ownership of the assets held by the Funds as required by law

Profile required

Studies & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/statistics
• Preferable Previous experience in Banking
