WSP in Italia is seeking a Regional Talent Development Lead to shape and execute the Talent Management agenda across 13 countries in Central Europe. You will collaborate with regional HR, business leaders, and global centres to implement programs consistently and scalably.

The role emphasizes leadership development, talent analytics, and change management, with a focus on an AI-first mindset and lean process improvements. Start date January 2027, hybrid working in Central Europe.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Talent Management, Talent Development, Leadership Development or related HR discipline.
• Experience in multinational, multi-country, matrix organisations.

Mansioni

• Translate global Talent Management priorities into regional plans across Central Europe.
• Lead regional Talent Management projects from planning to evaluation with stakeholders.
• Develop and roll out leadership and talent programmes with Global Centers of Excellence.
• Turn talent data into insights and actionable recommendations for HR and leaders.
• Drive adoption of regional processes using lean principles and AI-first mindset.
