WSP in Italia seeks a Regional HSE Leader to drive regional HSE strategy across Italy and neighbouring Central European countries. The role focuses on embedding HSE into project delivery, strengthening leadership accountability, and promoting continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE leadership experience across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems, risk management, regulatory compliance, and assurance.
• Ability to influence leaders and project teams without direct authority.
• Experience leading HSE programs in complex matrix organisations and multinational environments.
