IWG plc is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead a centre, ensuring all on‑site operations run smoothly and customer experiences exceed expectations. You will have autonomy, manage resources, and drive performance while maintaining a welcoming, client‑facing environment.

You will guide your team, upsell to customers, provide tours to prospects, and uphold service standards to ensure every visitor leaves as a brand ambassador for you and IWG.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against targets while leading a small team.
• Experience running a customer‑facing centre or similar high‑service site would be ideal.
• Strong on ownership, drive and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

• Rise to challenges and solve problems to protect service levels.
• Give tours to prospective customers to showcase the offering.
