Mansioni

• Ensure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan.
• Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT).
• Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient production planning and timely dispatch.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, and contract labour.
• Manage overall preventive and breakdown maintenance.
