Greif, Inc. in Italy is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate, develop, and optimize the production area, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will lead the production team, implement Lean, manage scheduling, and work with Planning, Logistics, and Quality to meet objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's in industrial/mechanical engineering, 3-5 years in a similar role, and English at B2 level; multinational experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in production management.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience in a multinational environment preferred.

• Lead, organize, and develop the production team with a safety-first mindset.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities to meet production objectives.
