Les Colettes Sourcing in Lombardy is seeking a Trade Marketing & Category Development Manager to drive category growth and strengthen brand positioning across distribution channels, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and collaboration with the Sales team.

You will define strategies, analyze performance, lead category projects for Modern Trade and Retail, and partner with Sales to build plans, planograms, and promotions, while managing budgets and presenting insights to clients.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5-7 years in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Category Development in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of market data tools (Nielsen, IRI, or similar).
• Proficient English communication.
• Willing to travel within Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Trade Marketing and Category Development strategies in line with company objectives.
• Analyze category performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and lead category management projects for key clients (Modern Trade and Retail).
• Partner with Sales teams to build customer plans, assortments, planograms, and promotional strategies.
• Lead category reviews and deliver strategic presentations to clients.
• Monitor sales KPIs, profitability, and ROI of trade activities.
• Coordinate in-store activities and visibility materials, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Manage Trade Marketing and Category budgets, ensuring efficiency and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
