Job summary

Red Bull S.r.l. is seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Trainee to gain a 360° experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment in Lombardy.

You will rotate across Market Insights, Category Development, and Trade Activation, supporting data analysis and in-store initiatives while learning how trade marketing drives growth. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, develop strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and contribute to compelling materials for internal and customer discussions,

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or currently completing a Master's Degree).
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Market Insights & Analysis: analyze data and create reports to identify opportunities and trends.
• Trade Activation & In Store Event Plan: support in-store activities and materials development.
• Category Development Projects: assist in growth initiatives and shopper-focused solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and international teams.
