GBfoods is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead category strategy and growth for key markets in Italy. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to translate shopper insights into actionable plans, drive distribution, assortment, pricing, promotions and innovation, and lead one Category Specialist.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align initiatives and deliver sustainable growth.

• Define and execute the Trade Marketing strategy for key categories.
• Drive the growth agenda across distribution, assortment, pricing, promotion and innovation.
• Translate market, shopper and customer insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Monitor category performance and implement corrective actions to hit growth targets.
• Partner with Sales to develop customer strategies and category-winning stories.
• Support negotiations with insight-based recommendations and category expertise.
• Ensure excellence in category initiatives across channels and customers.
• Lead the deployment of innovation launches and strategic projects.
• Drive portfolio optimization through assortment reviews and SKU prioritization.
• Ensure innovations deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain for alignment.
• Influence stakeholders with a fact-based, business-oriented approach.
• Lead, coach and develop one Category Specialist.
• Foster ownership, analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
