Job summary

Hotel La Palma in Capri seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations for the luxury property. You will coordinate Room Attendants, manage room priorities, and ensure flawless presentation and guest comfort for all guestrooms and corridors.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Duty Manager, you will plan arrivals/departures, oversee inspections, and support the team to uphold the highest standards of service. Fluent English is essential to communicate with international guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping operations, preferably luxury hotel.
• Ability to organize workloads and prioritize arrivals/departures.
• Excellent attention to detail and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English required for international guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily housekeeping operations on the assigned floor.
• Plan arrivals, departures, stayovers, VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Allocate assignments to Room Attendants and monitor quality standards.
• Maintain operational excellence and guest experience across guestrooms, corridors and service areas.
