• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in showroom management within luxury retail.
• Experience in a luxury environment is highly preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, execute, and guarantee all activities related to product management, space design, and sales campaigns for showrooms.
• Plan sales campaigns and assist in budgeting to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in terms of orders.
• Support Sales Direction in developing the reference market and channels (customers and sales).
• Verify correct execution of customer purchase orders in line with Brand instructions.
• Analyze assigned customers to define product assortments that maximize profits.
• Maintain contact with the network to analyze and report customer complaints and product trends.
• Keep knowledge of collection and seasonal projects updated.
• Contribute to sales team skills through training on products, customers, and sales techniques.
• Grow the reference market by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio.
