LVMH’s Emilio Pucci brand seeks a Merchandising Manager (fixed-term for maternity cover) to drive the merchandising strategy as a right hand to the Merchandising Director. You will connect Design, Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce to achieve business objectives.

You will define master orders, lead to-buy in collaboration with Finance and Retail, review orders for brand identity, and present collections to Retail, E.Commerce and Wholesale teams, focusing on core products.

Qualificações

• University degree in Economics or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in Merchandising (preferably Retail).
• Strong knowledge of Women RTW and luxury market, trends and fashion.
• Proactive and positive attitude; excellent analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Define Master Order globally, merchandising selection and buying guidelines.
• Open to buy in collaboration with Finance and Retail.
• Review orders with buyer to guarantee Brand Identity and coherence.
• Present collections to Retail, E.Commerce and Wholesale teams with focus on Core Products.
• Support wholesale during selling campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sell-out retail sales.
• Organize weekly meetings with Retail and E.Commerce to monitor sales and activities.
• Organize monthly meetings with wholesalers monitoring sales and activities.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for shop windows and displays.
