Job summary

BauWatch Italy is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth in Calabria. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on acquiring customers, delivering compelling presentations, and building long-term relationships with key accounts across construction, renewables, and security sectors.

You will travel within the assigned region, collaborate with marketing and key accounts teams, and contribute to the commercial plan by identifying opportunities and sharing market insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, renewables or security industries.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is required.
• Willingness to travel within Calabria and occasionally to Milan HQ.
• Independent and proactive with the ability to manage own workload.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on leads.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned area, including meetings and evaluations.
• Deliver company presentations to clients and participate in trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying opportunities and sharing insights.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to exchange best practices.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing needs and handling issues promptly.
• Advise leadership on market opportunities, risks and potential strategic adjustments.
