Job summary
April Quest Ltd is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Fire & Gas and industrial safety systems sector across Italy and select international markets. This field-based role demands a proven track record in technical B2B sales and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
You will build lasting relationships with EPC contractors and end users, promote engineered safety solutions, and work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in technical B2B sales or business development.
- Experience with EPC contractors and industrial end users.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Italy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation and industrial markets in Italy and selected international markets.
- Build relationships with EPC contractors, end users and key decision-makers.
- Promote engineered safety solutions, including Fire & Gas Detection and Burner Management Systems.
- Manage complex tender processes, technical proposals and commercial negotiations through to contract award.
- Develop existing accounts through upgrades, system modernization, maintenance contracts and additional services.
- Work closely with technical, project management and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Represent the business at industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.
