ESAB Delta P s.r.l is seeking a driven Sales Associate for Italy Medical Gas Systems. You will build relationships with installers, OEMs and healthcare providers, guiding opportunities from first contact to order, and supporting project execution across the country.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in B2B medical sales, fluent Italian and English, and a proven ability to meet targets. Travel across Italy is required to develop the Italian market and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical technology or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business.
• Strong CRM and business development skills.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
